Paying with a wave of a hand

September 7, 2015

Designers of tech jackets cannot boast of their success. So far they experimented with speakers in the collars, batteries in the inlet,  even headphones coming out of the hood, yet all in vain. The main reason why consumers did not want them might be in lack of design. Tech embedded items seem to be so ugly, hardly anyone was willing to wear them. Now Lyle&Scott and Barclays joined forces determined this time it will be different.

They came up with the tech jacket with a chip build in the sleeve. It should make paying for transport or dinner just a wave of a the hand away. For the time being, the jacket is available in admiral blue or black and is authorised to pay up to £20. The Scottish leasure fashion brand is convinced they created a winning design that will finally break the spell. Should you choose this one is really worth wearing it in public,  do not forget to take the chip out before washing.
