A good night sleep makes us feel fresh and attractive. No wonder, beauty sleep has been praised for centuries. Who feels confident having red eyes with dark circles underneath. But does sleep deprivation really affect how others see us, or it is just us feeling that way?

After little to no sleep for two to three days body starts to lose its ability to properly metabolize glucose and the immune system slows down.
