Can others tell your sleepless nights?

A good night sleep makes us feel fresh and attractive. No wonder, beauty sleep has been praised for centuries. Who feels confident having red eyes with dark circles underneath. But does sleep deprivation really affect how others see us, or it is just us feeling that way?

After little to no sleep for two to three days body starts to lose its ability to properly metabolize glucose and the immune system slows down. Fatigued skin produces a lot of inflammatory cells that break down collagen as well as hyaluronic acid and our skin stops glowing. But now the science has proven not only we feel horrible and drained, sleep deprivation really shows on our faces. When fatigued others see us as less healthy and unattractive

Grandma was right, beauty sleep is crucial when we want to look our best and make a good first impression.
